Hi All,
I hvae busted the last 2 months to achieve a total weight loss of 18 lbs. But I still have a long way to go to achieve the six pack I have always wanted. I feel like I am at a stand still and am not seeing the muscle results i need and the flat stomach has not happened... Thoughts? Reccomendations? I am all ears. I have been battling weight for years, and am finally doing something about it. Thanks for listening.

Here's the hard truth...you can lose that weight and have a flat stomach and no abs. In fact I'm pretty sure you won't have 6 pack abs once your stomach is flat. Takes years of lifting hard. Heady deadlifts and squats will build up your core. Some are genetically blessed with 6 pack abs but most aren't and need to earn them, not by just losing weight but by lifting heavy and doing a lot of ab work it can take years. Good luck.
