    Ice baths

Everysince my physical therapy was over for my knee I have been taken ice baths. And it may hurt at first but it feels good afterwards and the next day I felt even better jumping and running. Just here to say every athlete should try taken one after a intense workout.

    Re:

I agree, at college we had a huge tun that looked like a 10 person hot tub. But it was called the cold plunge, definitely helped during those long practices.

Agreed, There used to be borderline brawls fighting for the ice baths after practice in high school. We used to have free throw shooting contests after practice to see who got them first. Highly recommended.

Totally agree! Annoying to get used to the water, but man does it make a difference the next day! Fresh legs! haha
