9 weeks later.
Now, the plan is to eat at maintaince to gain just muscle.

I started the p90x soley for the first 4 weeks, As i got fitter, my resting heart rate got slower (harder to burn more calories becouse i got fitter. Then i had to up the intensity by Adding a workout Called "Insanity". All this was done at home with no gym, just 10kg dumbells & resistance bands.
Typical Day (Current)
Breakfast- Oats + Casein Protein + flaxeed oil + stevia
Morning workout- P90x Chest & back + Abs ripper (500 cal)
Mid snack- Protein shake + flaxeed oil or raw egg (blended)
Lunch - Chicken Breast + vegetables + olive oil
Afternoon workout - Insanity Endurance training (500 cal)
Dinner- Red meat + vegetables + olive oil
Evening snack- Cottage cheese or sardines & miso soup.
Before Bed- ZMA, Omega 3, Vitiman C (big doses)
30% fats 40% protein 30-40% carbs
Macros are very important to lose weight without sabotaging sex hormones.
Last time i lost weight it took my testosterone along with it.

I don't know if i would call them refeeds, but sometimes id eat like crazy, but if that does happen, i tend use the exess energy the next day.
I believe it's the sugar & processed foods is a drug that can create eating disorders, in which people gain all their weight back. Not the fat at all.
if you're getting urges to binge, go back to maintainace for a few days. Don't try and compensate for it.
Also you have to rememeber, Suger is classified as a drug, and not recomended even for a cheat meal.
If you have binges, urges etc, the body is showing a sign of a nutrient deficiency or a withdrawal from sugars.
