    This summer i did something close to this but i didnt have the RDL's or the last hamstring one and three less calf ones and it took like 40 minutes so it should take me like an hour or so

    it was ok, I'm dieting atm so pumps aren't whatthey used to be. I'd imagine if you had a good amount of carbs in you then the pump would be awesome. I hate leg/lower back pumps though.

    My legs never really get to pumped but when they do i can feel it forsure.
    I also need to get my inside of my thighs in better condition but i cant think of any isolation for that

    does your gym have thigh adductor/abductors? If not just wrap a towel around both your legs, hold it and try to push your legs apart. Superset that with putting a dumbell or a small exercise ball between your knees and squeezing them together.

    I did it regardless of everyone sfeed back and i in fact threw up for my first time ever on legs day.
    I could hardly walk across the gym to the next lift or new bar it sucked bad..
    I did claves different and did only standing calf 3x15 and donkey calf 1x25

    I think i am going to change it up but it only took me about 50 minutes
