    ********ALL I WANT IS BITCHES, BIG BOOTY BITCHES*********** 60 Day Log

    I'm going to keep a log for the next 60 days of my diet and training. In the course of sixty days, I plan on adding 20 pounds to my squat, 40 to my deadlift, and 70 to my bench. While cutting 20 pounds. Naturally. If for some reason I fail, I will do so with shattered wrists, swollen knees, and a herniated disk. =D

    Little history on me. When I joined BB.com, I was 15, 5 foot 5 inches, and 280 pounds. At the pinnacle of my obesity I was measured at over 44 percent body fat. Despite being so heavy, I could only bench 75 pounds. I began researching proper diet and training and in the course of 10 months, lost 100 pounds.

    Shortly after losing the weight, I started "bulking" and began Rippetoe's. It was an excuse for me to eat what I wanted to and gain weight while believing I was accomplishing something. I made it back to 225. It was discouraging but I managed to add 150 pounds to my squat and 200 to my deadlift in a little over a month.

    Since then, I've made virtually no progress. I am only slightly stronger and leaner than I was a year ago. In all honesty, I don't really care about lifting anymore, and dieting has become increasingly difficult. I stopped giving a **** about everything.

    Barbell Rows: Bar x 25 reps over hand, 25 reps underhand x 2 sets

    I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

    after this i kinda shook my head... i dont like your goals. they are your goals, but unrealistic and confusing. the bench should be the hardest to add weight to, as it should be the lowest weight of the three if you have a decently balanced body. If not, u should work on kicking those numbers up proportionally. for instance, my bench is 135 (1.r.m.) my squat is 215 (1.r.m.) and my dead lift is 235 (1.r.m.) thats a little over-balanced in the leg department, but adding 70 pounds to my bench, in even a half year, would be pretty unrealistic. for those numbers i could expect 50 pounds on bench, 70 pounds on squat numbers, and 90 pounds added to deadlift numbers (for my maxes)

    for you it seems the deads are strong, and squat not-so-much. i would look to add the most weight to those, having your lower body catch up, and still gaining strength on the bench but not 70 pounds in 2 months

    maybe take that into consideration and reassess your goals?

    Random as ****. Squatting 5 times a week. 3 heavy 2 light. Rack pulls with 495 and deficient deadlifts. Heavy pin presses and isometrics. Loads of tricep and upper back work.

    This week is just really random. Messed up my whole routine.

    I've seen you get dissapointed with missing one Rep. What you Thule is gonna happen when you miss your goal by 25lbs ?

    Its not gonna feel good, unless You dont really care about goals.

    January I set a goal of benching 3 plates. I figured in a years time it would just happen. Wasted the whole year doing nothing.

    I would rather fail my real goal then hit a lower one.

    Notes -

    Couldn't go to the gym today. Started at a new job. Had to run errands all around Beverly Hills. Traffic was sicklishish.

    Walked a **** load.

    My quads are fine but my hamstrings are sore as hell. I'm not sure if they're under trained or if they just don't have the same work capacity as quads do. Could probably do heavy quad work all week but only posterior chain work 2-3 times.

    Back is the same way. Doesn't get sore or noticeably fatigued the next day at all.

    There's a few gyms I lift at depending on where I am.

    December 2nd - Day 32

    Squat: 95 x 5, 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 285 x 3, 315 x 3, 335 x 3, 225 x 10, 135 x 20

    Incline Bench: Bar x 5, 95 x 8, 135 x 5, 155 x 5, 135 x 8

    BB Rows: Bar x 10, 95 x 10 over hand, 10 underhand, 135 x 10

    V-Bar Pulldown: 3 x 10

    Cable Lat Pullovers: 3 x 10

    Curls Drop Set: 40 x 6, 30 x 8, 20 x 10

    Notes -

    Workout was great. Squats felt like crap the last few times but today they felt amazing. Everything felt light and form was perfect. I've squat 335 x 5 in the past, but it was belted and every rep was a grinder. Todays were not very difficult and belt-less.

    Last set of squats was a drop set. 225 x 10, then 20 reps with 135.

    I bought some jacked and a new iPod. Best pre-workout supp I've ever taken. Haven't been this intense in the gym in a while.

    Can't believe it's been a month since I started this log. Works been killing me and to top it off I've had an ear infection for the past week.

    Due to my work schedule, it is impossible for to be on a properly programed routine. The days I am available to lift are random.

    New training plan is to lift whenever I can, train what ever I feel like, lift heavy and get a pump.
