I'm going to keep a log for the next 60 days of my diet and training. In the course of sixty days, I plan on adding 20 pounds to my squat, 40 to my deadlift, and 70 to my bench. While cutting 20 pounds. Naturally. If for some reason I fail, I will do so with shattered wrists, swollen knees, and a herniated disk. =D
Little history on me. When I joined BB.com, I was 15, 5 foot 5 inches, and 280 pounds. At the pinnacle of my obesity I was measured at over 44 percent body fat. Despite being so heavy, I could only bench 75 pounds. I began researching proper diet and training and in the course of 10 months, lost 100 pounds.
Shortly after losing the weight, I started "bulking" and began Rippetoe's. It was an excuse for me to eat what I wanted to and gain weight while believing I was accomplishing something. I made it back to 225. It was discouraging but I managed to add 150 pounds to my squat and 200 to my deadlift in a little over a month.
Since then, I've made virtually no progress. I am only slightly stronger and leaner than I was a year ago. In all honesty, I don't really care about lifting anymore, and dieting has become increasingly difficult. I stopped giving a **** about everything.
Change gonna come.

for you it seems the deads are strong, and squat not-so-much. i would look to add the most weight to those, having your lower body catch up, and still gaining strength on the bench but not 70 pounds in 2 months
maybe take that into consideration and reassess your goals?

Missed you Brotep.
Random as ****. Squatting 5 times a week. 3 heavy 2 light. Rack pulls with 495 and deficient deadlifts. Heavy pin presses and isometrics. Loads of tricep and upper back work.
This week is just really random. Messed up my whole routine.

Couldn't go to the gym today. Started at a new job. Had to run errands all around Beverly Hills. Traffic was sicklishish.
Walked a **** load.
My quads are fine but my hamstrings are sore as hell. I'm not sure if they're under trained or if they just don't have the same work capacity as quads do. Could probably do heavy quad work all week but only posterior chain work 2-3 times.
Back is the same way. Doesn't get sore or noticeably fatigued the next day at all.R.I.P. Frvrmuscle

Workout was great. Squats felt like crap the last few times but today they felt amazing. Everything felt light and form was perfect. I've squat 335 x 5 in the past, but it was belted and every rep was a grinder. Todays were not very difficult and belt-less.
Last set of squats was a drop set. 225 x 10, then 20 reps with 135.
I bought some jacked and a new iPod. Best pre-workout supp I've ever taken. Haven't been this intense in the gym in a while.
Can't believe it's been a month since I started this log. Works been killing me and to top it off I've had an ear infection for the past week.
Due to my work schedule, it is impossible for to be on a properly programed routine. The days I am available to lift are random.
New training plan is to lift whenever I can, train what ever I feel like, lift heavy and get a pump.R.I.P. Frvrmuscle
