    judge(guess) my body fat please

    Attached are a few pics. I am currently doing the insanity program. I am trying to get my body fat percentage into the single digit numbers. Diet is as clean as it can be in afghanistan. I pretty much only eat carbs from veggies but i have grapefruit everymorning with my eggs. I'm always in ketosis by time i go to bed. Please provide feedback or whatever...im trying to get about 9% by christmas time. Thanks for the help
