Ive seen those often with deal of the day sites, I pretty much gave up on them. They are designed to push old or non-moving product.

the shakes aren't going to automatically go bad after the expiration date. iv used products that were sealed a month after the expiration, and im sure you can actually go longer. just drink 1 shake a day for 12 days.

Don't bother taking it back, it'll be a bigger waste of your time than it's worth. Expired protein isn't going to hurt you. I'd just drink it sooner than later.
