Bread versus tortilla?
I know without the ingredients or what it's made out of it a tough question but do you think wrap has less carbs then a sub sandwich?

It depends on your choice of flatbread. The tortillas I have are 120cals each, but I also have really big pitas that are 350 a shot. The sliced bread is 120 cal per slice, and you need two slices to make a sandwich...
I love beer too much.

As said, depends on size of bread and wraps. If you're buying it, just look at the label (and check sercing size [1 wrap/bread or is it per 2?]).
Typically people tend to think that wraps have less carbs cause they are thinner, but they are more dense.. its basically just a piece of bread flattened out haha. But in reality they are usually about the same
