I planned to start my h-drol cycle at the end of the year then move on to m-drol about 3 months after. Below is my planned cycles that I would like to start on Jan 1st, please comment. Your inputs on any part of my post will be greatly appreciated. I've been lifting on off since I was 16. The only supp that I take is NO Xplode and was on a very bad diet. My diet is getting healthier now but I feel as if I'm at a stopping point right now that's why. I'm want to make sure I do this right the first time around, if I'm even ready. Thanks in advance.

Weight: 145
Height: 5'4"
I work out 5-6 days a week. 1 day full upper body and the next lower. Though my leg are behind at the moment compares to my upper body.
Workout routines (I workout in the exact order listed):
Upper body:
Flat bench 135 x 10/ 185 x 8/ 205 x 6/ 225 x 4
Pull up 10/10/10
Incline bench 135 x 10/ 155 x 8/ 185 x 4~6
Chin up w/ 45 dumbell 10/8/7
Military press 95 x 10/ 115 x 8/ 135 x 4~6

Cable cross (not sure the exact weight but reps are) 10/10/10/8/6

slow your roll, player... you're 145 lbs. you shouldn't even be posting this until you've proven you can get to 160-170 through diet and training.
no i don't think your height matters in terms of what your weight is.
if you're going to "go ahead and do what you want" like most who post up for cycle advice, your PCTs for both cycles are ridiculously coordinated.
being cautious is one thing, and that's fine, but those are way, way overblown.

Thanks for the advices. I figured it's a bit long compares to other logs on here and "Superdrol for dummies" but I'll tone down both cycles and will research on the supps you suggested. NO Xplode has been working for me for awhile that's why I want to put in, however, the caffeine is the part the I'm unsure of during the PCT and pre-loading phase.

you absolutely should, and i appreciate you considering my criticism w/o hostility... the inability (or unwillingness, in some cases) to naturally gain weight in preparation for a cycle speaks to inexperience more than anything else.
these types of products are to be considered as the icing on the cake... without a cake (proper understanding of nutrition and training, as well as basic supplementation), the cycle will be a complete failure.

You should forget the PH's and work on your training regimine!!.. I feel like you have a lot to learn about lifting in general before you start doing anything remotely close to steroids. You do an upper body day and a lower body day and repeat???.. First off your upper body day is only 3 chest exercises, military press, dips, and a bunch of pull-ups.. then you say your lower body day is squats .. and whatever machines you use... this is a terrible routine.. you should get your diet and training down and I guarentee you see some good gains.. especially at 145lbs. Think twice about this...

I forgot to put biceps and tri, but that's part of the reason I put my info up. I do alternate between dumbells and barbells but mostly barbells. I do miss a lot of lower body workout that's why I want to give some time (2-3 months) before I start my PH. Though it is helpful to get other people's thought on my routines so I can improve it. From the replies, so far I know that my goal before the PH cycles will be to get to 160 and start focusing more on lower body. Also keep track of my workouts.

have you thought about doing a different split. When I first started in the weight room I did what you have been doing (upper body days and lower body days). However, I believe if you isolate a different muscle or group everyday you are able to hit it with much more intensity. Maybe try something like this..(my workout schedule)
Mon- Legs
Tues- Chest
wed- Back
thur- bis/tris
fri- Shoulders
Sat- off or cardio
Sun- off or cardio

Yes, honestly once you start getting past those newbie gains you shouldn't be able to lift some muscle groups multiple times a week. I do Chest on Tuesdays about 5 different lifts and I'm sore until Friday. Don't even plan H-drol 6 months down the road. Get Ph's out of your head. It seems like everythings still new to you. Try looking around this site for different workout routines and lifts. Be more concerned about gaining weight naturally. Honestly at 145 you should be able to put on 10 pounds no problem if you do things the right way.
Do you get your recommended amount of protein a day. You should be getting about 200 grams a day at your weight. Try this if you aren't already. There are great articles on workouts and diets all over bodybuilding.com USE THEM. Good luck man hope you take some of this advice cause if you stay commited you'll get huge without steroids.
