Yes, I am only 135 pounds. I can do all the main lifts, including power cleans. I know SS is a program for beginners who are inexperienced at the lifts and have no experience.
These are my stats, what I can do for my 5 rep max:
DL: 285 (over 2x bodyweight) - why is my deadlift so high? No straps, no belt. Just gloves instead of chalk
squat below parallel: 195 (155-165 completely ATG... calves touching hamstrings)
Bench: 135 (my bodyweight)
Pullups: 15-16
Standing overhead press: 95
Power clean: 120
Pendlay row(barbell row, starting from ground, exploding, upper back rounding): 155
1 arm dumbell row: 80
Dips: 10
Should I try Starting Strength, or any other similar full body, 3x week beginner routine like stronglifts? If I can already do all the lifts above with good form and decent weight for my size?
I've also been cutting fat hardcore for the past 2 months, eating minimal (<50g) carbs per day, and around 1500 - 2000 calories per day on average. Mostly a keto diet except on weekends. So those are my stats and current weight while doing that. I plan to start bulking and lifting heavy again starting next week, and want to do it right this time.
for the past 9 months or so, I was bulking, doing a messy push/pull routine 4-5x a week with the lifts above. Went from total newb to my current stats - which were actually a little higher before my cut. But I got too fat in the process, and cut from 148 down to 135 now... want to bulk up the right way now.

Your not too advanced. Good for you to select proven programs. SS, stronglifts, madcow/ starr 5x5 intermediate are all good. Honestly, one does not become too advanced for those programs. I deadlift 475lbs and am currently running madcow/ starr 5x5 advanced program.
READ about these programs; their effect and use really never become obsolete.deadlift: 500 (No straps, No belt, No chalk... 100% RAW)
squat: 405
Bench: 300

total: 1205
4.66sec 40 yard dash at 205lbs

I did actually read them, why they're good, how to perform them, etc.... That's why I starting doing all those core compound lifts in the first place.
But, I had a weird and unpredictable schedule where I couldn't stick to 3 alternating days a week. Also a newbie that was overwhelmed and loved going to the gym and doing anything and everything.
it got to a point where I was doing just too much (deadlifts, barbell rows, weighted chins, cleans, bicep curls one day), followed by squats, bench, overhead, dips, abs/triceps the next. then a few days later I'd be excited and pumped, and wanting to up my squats or deadlifts or rows or bench and doing them all. Then next day I'd do whatever was remaining or not still sore and throw in some ab or isolation work. Got overwhelmed and burned out, basically.
