Just got back from a 13 day vacation. Didnt weigh myself once during the trip. Get home and am 6lbs light. Cant figure this out. Usually i lose a couple lbs on vacation from not eating as often, but 6 is baffling. I was thinking maybe it was fluids, but i have been back on the normal grind and am still 5lbs under.
Could i have really eaten 21,000 calories less over that period? I didnt fully workout, but did a body weight workout 3 times during the trip. walked a lot. but that is about it. Took a protein powder and had at least 1 shake a day to make sure to get protein
anyone else have this happen? i dont think i lost 6 lbs or muscle or fat. and after hydrating it all didnt come back
