I'm currently 16, I lost over 30 lbs since I started working out and I'm loving it ! And now I would really like to bulk up by next summer since I'm going to Florida. And I'm wondering if anyone would be able to recommend some supplements/food/diet that would help me get a lot stronger then I already am, and also of course look more bulky.

1. Construct a base line diet
2. Increase calories by 300
3. Lift 3-4 days a week (Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Military Press, Pullups - each of these AT LEAST once a week)
4. Weight will go up, then stall
5. Increase Calories Again by 300
6. Lift
7. Repeat
Some tips:
* Peanut Butter is ~150 cals a tablespoon, easy meal is 4 tbps's + a glass of milk
* Even on a bulk, try keep carbs to Breakfast/Pre WO/Post workout
* Eat protein with every meal - meat (on a bulk the best is beef/pork/lamb due it being more calorically dense than chicken) and other proteins (whey powder, eggs, milk)
* You can start by drinking Skim (tastes like ****) or 2% milk (tasts gud) and later in your bulk, just switch to Full Cream Milk for an effortless increase in calories (depending on how much milk you drink a day)
Be prepared to eat a lot food. Im not even big, but going from 74kg's to ~79kg's (11 pounds), I ate this on a workout day:
Breakfast - 5 Eggs, 50g Bacon, 500mL Milk, 30g Whey Protein, 1 Banana
Pre WO - 750mL Milk, 45g Whey Protein, 1 Apple
Post Workout - 250mL Milk, 180g Oats, 30g Whey Protein
Snack - 4 tbps's Peanut Butter
Dinner - Meat + Green Veggies/Salad

Eat, eat, eat. Everyone has said before, Im just not getting bigger anymore. The main problem is they dont eat enough. Keep a daily journal of what you eat for about three days. It might give you an insight of what might be missing in your diet. Another good way to give you ideas for meals is look at magazines. I just read the November Flex and it shows some great meal plans to really pack on muscle. A tip Ive learned is keep some plastic spoons and forks in your car since eating will almost become a job. But the gains will be worth it.
