I stopped lifting because my doctor told me that my mind isn't suitable for explosive training. He told me that CNS intensive training is the root for my depression and that I should stop doing any types of self-inflictive endeavors.

That is true. I went to asia and ****ed over 85 girls in one year. One of them turned out to be a trannie. She was hot as **** but I found out that she had a penis when I tried to go down on her. I think Frank is somewhat of a philosopher when he comes up with this stuff. It actually makes you think. I though you where going for a world record or something when you where lifting at 150lb.

why some of u think he's strong? his lifts are normal for his weight and to actually lift that weight, should result in bigger body than seen in those videos..lol...
