I'm 17 years old, 135 pounds, 5'6, and I play for a club soccer team. We have conditioning usually 3 times a week. I would like to gain a little noticeable size, but not get huge. I'm pretty skinny and would like to put on some muscle in the upper body, since my lower body is pretty fit with all the soccer conditioning we have. Could you give me some advice on what exercises to do and what supplements to use?
