my dad is saying it is the protien shakes. it is doing my head in i know it isn't that i have been bad for ages but it is getting more extreme.

I really don't think you can help it that much, some people sweat a lot some people don't. Why does it bother you, is it uncomfortable or embaracing or what? My dad sweats a lot, just gotta get used to it.

Yeah I have the same problem. Take a shower right after if you can.
Ultre Dry Degree for Men has helped me a lot more than your normal Red Zone deodorants.

Does this problem occur when you workout, or also during the day? Stress can also cause this, as can a very high metabolism. I sweat so much that I have to take a spare shirt to work and change it halfway through the day. Luckily for me, a anti-depressant stopped the problem. But yours is likely not stress related. So go see a doctor. There is help for this problem.

my dad used to have this problem and he used that driclor stuff and he says he put it on over night every night for a week. then he just used it one night a week for a while and says he's never sweated under his arms since and that was 10/15 years ago! Id definately reccomend you try it as its not that expensive either

Yah, this guy is right. You probably have hyperhydrosis which is excessive sweating. If you want to stop the sweating in your armpits try an extra strength antiperspirant. These ones are the ones you apply at night and in the morning you just put on regular deodorant. Your best bet is to see a doctor about this problem, but if you can't, you can pick up one of those extra strength antiperspirants at any drugstore or grocerry store basicly. Look for ones called Drysol, Driclor, B-Dri, or Certain Dri. Those are the ones I know of, atleast in the United States. Good luck.

I notice that when I am stressed out, I tend to sweat a lot. Like it will start to show through my shirt. But besides that most of the time I wear anti persperint and i dont even sweat at all.

Sweating is the least of your social problems.
Acne scarring and a pimply face is worse

I guess I'll join the club here, I have severe under-arm sweating, and it is a pain to deal with at school. It doesnt smell, which is a good thing.
Driclor Eh? Certain Dri? I will look for both, thanks guys.

get that ^^ , just don't apply it to yourself when your a sweaty otherwise you'll feel a pain you've never felt before. I did the first time and applied too much and didn't get any sleep i was in so much pain lol.
Apply it to dry skin before bed and try not to sweat otherwise you'll be in pain lol. Wash it off in the morning and you're set. I'm still using the first roll-on since over a year or two ago, I now apply it once a week and i don't sweat.
Side effects can be now that your armpit isn't sweating, the sweat needs to be released through another body part. In my case it only happens when im nervous and i might get a little sweat on my palms but it goes away.
Hope that helped you man. Go for it.
