    what happens if you dont get enough water daily?

    just wondering for someone who is cutting what effect on the body does not getting enough water have?

    and, what is a the proper amount of water one should be taking in daily?

    i get headaches and muscle cramps.

    i usually drink 5-6 bottles of it daily.

    staying hydrated will help you preform better, usualy feel better, and can help you feel full after a meal. Personal experience, but i believe it applies for every one.

    if you don't drink enough water you will feel tired and run down, drink sufficient water and make sure you drink more if training

    but seriously, when i'd need to cut for wrestleing i'd usualy get general fatigue, irritability, harder to concentrate, just general zombie mode. Unless you need to drop weight pretty fast, drink your water.

    Unless you have a show, photo shoot, or need to drop weight for a weight based competitive event (boxing/fighting/wrestling), not being hydrated is stupid.
