How is my Keto meal plan?
Stats : 6 ft., 175 lbs. 23 years old
Would like to attempt keto and I went out and bought the items.
Here is my mealplan:
Breakfast:
4 Whole eggs (80 cal / egg) with one slice muenster cheese and one slice sharp cheddar
Lunch:
Salad - 2 cups spinach with 1 oz. walnuts, 1 slice sharp cheddar, 4 tbsp. ceasar dressing and 4 oz. chicken
Dinner:
1 Beef patty with one slice muenster cheese and 2 cups broccoli
Results come out to 1,760 cals (70 f / 25 p / 5 c)
How does this look?
