I thought the squats were decent. No 315xyour age in reps though
too bad you can't make the trip down to the city and lift next week. those are fighting words that i'd do my best to make you eat. lol
i'm just proving that gains don't stop when you get to the wrong side of the 30s
(but at the same time wishing I had the strength and dedication I have now when I was your age)

Nice skwatz and bench bruddah!!! I am seriously thinking of adding pounds to the weight after deload. 325x2 was easy as hell. Then adding 15lbs the week after. I think you are right as far as the squat max projection. My legs are easily meeting the new weight each week and tbh it was actually easier yesterday than it was in week 2

cause last time i squatted low bar i got a hip flexor and didn't touch squats and deads for 6 weeks

I did a projected max like a real man tho i must say for me personally (i did a projected of + 20 on both squat and dead) it's much harder to keep up with the deads than the squats as of weeks 1-3. Thank god for rest week on week 4! lower back needs it. Maybe deads are harder b/c i do squats monday? lots of lower back abuse in that 48hr span
