You have the model body, that's for sure. Good job achieving that. I don't understand why people feel the need to inflate their stats though. You look good regardless... the reason most people are accepting your thread so negatively is because you come off as the type of guy who smells their own farts on a consistent basis
Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret! We must train from the inside out. Using our strengths to attack and nullify any weaknesses. It’s not about denying a weakness may exist but about denying its right to persist.

notice how they look about 4 inchers bigger then yours?
edit - oh yeah and you did claim 17.5 inchers, you just edited it done to 17 a few hours after everyone started calling you out on it. cos 17 is so mcuh more believable lol..

Totally. Even if I do prove to be a liar ... no reason to through a fit.
Thanks! That's really all I was aiming for. Since I like weighing as little as possible for powerlifting and I'm definitely not into the whole mass fetish.
Not directly. Deadlifts, face pulls, and upright rows only. Next routine I'll have shrugs twice a week, though.
Uhh, no, I updated my stats because they were outdated and you're going off incorrect information. Those stats were listed like six or seven months ago... And maybe he doesn't measure flexed/has a pump/has a good angle. I can take angles that make my arm look pretty big, too. Also, people have different length of limbs. I have really long ones. I could also have larger joins, which seems to be the case because my frame looks a lot bigger than his. I might have a larger peak. There are countless reasons ....
...You say that like the size of somebodies chest determines how much they can bench even though the legs, calves, lats, triceps, and shoulders are all also involved. Come on. u mad I know how to bench?
Upper pecs don't exist ... but if you're talking about my genetics then I assure you that there is more mass on the top of my chest than my lower. Also ... this isn't a back pic. You can't see it. If you did, it would be indicative of bad posture.
:\I rep positive attitudes and good jokes
I spent three weeks in a coma, losing my memory and my fitness. I restarted on Jan 9th, 2019.
Lifts:
Bench: 245
Squat: 455
Deadlift: 495
I used to weigh 8lb

Only been hitting the weights for 7 months now. Not in a rush to get big and hit my goal weight of 190 but in the end I am not a liar. You got no proof on any of your stats.
You cant bench press 375, your arms are no where near that size and you chest is ****en tiny bruh. (pretty sure mine is bigger and your 40 pounds over)
