    Quick question

    if i hear a soft popping sound in my arm when lifting. what could that be? I also get it in my knees a lot but that's common right?

    Saa man, that popping is probably the air being pushed out by your joints. Its not unhealthy but monitor it. If ya feeling any joint pains than see your physio or chiropractor.

    If you aren't stretching or warming up prior to heavy working sets, try that.
    Also, eat a Banana prior to your workout, apparently it's supposed to help with joint issues. It's worth a shot. Try it and report back.
