11/7/10 tampa, fl show

I am going to do my first competition. Looking for a show end of December / begining of January. I plan on being at the Nov. 7th show in Tampa to try to pick up pointers because I am having a really hard time navigating this site and finding information. I need to fine tune but dont know poses, diet extras and the little stuff. I figure going to this show will be a really good start / experience for me.
ANY input would be greatly appreciated and I will try to find this thread to follow up until I go to the show and I will post pics for results.

Hey, did you get any help yet? If you're looking for mandatory poses you can look at videos here or on youtube. You'll want to search for bodybuilding mandatory poses. Did you have someone choreograph a routine for you? Do you have music? What about tanning, posing oil, water and carb depletion? If you need detailed info email me and I'll send it to you. I've worked with lots of competitors over the years.
