LEG DAY!
THE WORKOUT:
Squats: (Warm Ups 95x20, 135x12, 185x10) 225x10, 245x8, 265x6, 285x4, 315x2x2, On last set of 315 start drop set of 225x12, 135x16
Front Squats: 135x15, 185x10 (No Rest between sets)
Leg Press: 675x6,8, 765x10,20
Reverse Hack Squat: 405x3x8
Hack Squat: 315x2x12 (Feet close together to work on outer quad sweep)
Hammer Iso Single Leg Extensions FST-7: 5x8, 2x10 (Used various weights, dropped weight when reps got sloppy)
Hammer Iso Single Leg Curls: (Warm Ups 60x12, 70x10, 80x8), 90x3x8, 70x12
Dumbbell Laying Leg Curls: 45x2x15
Walking Lunges No Weight: 1x16
NOTE: This was honestly a very good workout for me, everything felt good. Not queasy, had energy and focus throughout. Hopefully I won’t be able to walk tomorrow. Like I say in the video, my weights came down on my squats, but I went ATG and paused briefly at the bottom to make the weights that much heavier. If I’m not sore tomorrow, I may shoot myself. This was high volume of course. I try to keep around 270-280 working reps, obviously these numbers are more than that, but I don’t count warm ups, or things with no weight or light weight reps for more squeezing motions.

If I continue with another cycle of P/RR/S I would be on the rep range week which would probably work out best for an ABC. I know what you mean about trying to plan things out in advance. Normally I start the week with Chest/Biceps, but I'm sure I can be flexible and move things around that week. We will figure something out.

Delts/Traps
THE WORKOUT:
Delts:
Front Barbell Military Presses (Did not lock out at top, down to just below chin on negative, kept pressure on shoulders at all time, small weights I know): 135x8, 155x4x10, Drop Set 155x12, 135x20
Dumbbell Front Raises: 30x12, 35x12, 45x10, 50x8, 45x10
Seated Dumbbell Side Raises: 30x12, 40x2x10, (Drop Set 40x10, 30x12, 20x15)
Barbell High Pulls (Wide Grip): 95x12, 115x10, 135x8, 155x6, 115x12
Cable Side Raises: 2x10 (Squeezing to push as much blood in as possible, didn’t go too heavy)
Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raises: 30x12, 40x3x10
Laying Rear Delt Raises: 40x2x10
Traps:
NOTE: Went light on traps today. Held peak contractions for about 2 seconds, so weights obviously needed to come down, will probably go up to 275 on BB Shrugs next week, didn’t feel like traps got much of a workout.
Barbell Shrugs: 135x20, 225x4x15
Cable Shrugs: 4x12

Yeah, i was at 180 for a long time, bought a scale to weigh my food on and realized I was drastically under eating. The lowest my calories go is around 3,500, i've ate as much as 5,000, depending on what my body needs. My body was fluctuating between 179-185 in the morning, now its a steady 192-193.
appreciate the kind words man
you know it! today was a low energy day so I couldn't move my normal weights with strict contractions, so i lowered them a little, but i still did enough to get the blood flowing, hopefully I kill it next week.

well i always use weights where I feel the muscle working, I never go beyond that, there's no point. It's just that today I was feeling really bad, you'll see why later in this post haha. I always use weights I can control and get great contractions, I just went real light today because otherwise I would have blown huge baby chunks all over the floor. I feel you on the weight issue. Once I bought a scale for my food though, I've been feeling a lot better because I've been eating what I actually need. The packages lie to you about how much there is in it. I always thought I was eating 8 oz. of tilapia, it was really like 4.5-5 oz., and for some reason brown rice works better with keeping my weight up. Sweet potatoes apparently don't do jack for me, which sucks, because rice makes me more hungry, whereas sweet potatoes make me feel nice and full. Keep sucking down the food man, get that weight up!!

Back/Forearms
THE WORKOUT:
Lat Pulldowns: 3x10, Start Drop Set of 3 levels at 10 reps each
D-Handle Lat Pulldowns: 3x12
Wide Grip Chins: 1xAMAP
Narrow Grip Chins: 1xAMAP
One Arm Hammer Iso Row (Inside Grip): 180x3x10
One Arm Hammer Iso Row (Top Grip): 180x3x10
Standing Bent Over Dumbbell Rows (Light): 80x3x15
Barbell Rows (Light): 135x4x12 (Did 2 sets overhand, 2 sets underhand, and superset them)
Deadlifts: 135x15, 185x12, 225x4x8, (On last set of 225 started drop set of 185x12, 135x16)
Hyperextensions: 25x4x15
Then did forearms with some wrist curls and a wrist roller, I’m sure you all don’t really care about that though haha.
NOTE- Obviously I didn’t have much energy today, I go over that in the video. I ate a #2 combo from Wendys for lunch, it was all I could get, or not eat. I’d rather eat like crap one meal and have something in me than to go without. Even though I’m bulking I eat extremely clean, and this meal made me sick for most of the day. Thankfully I got through a decent workout. My deads are low on weight, from lack of energy plus I haven’t done them in a long time. I’ve had lower back issues and thought not doing them and just doing some hyperextensions would be better, but it has gotten worse. So I’m going to try and use the deads to slowly build my lower back strength which I think should alleviate some of my issues, hopefully.
THE VIDEO:
What I talk about in the video:
-My crappy energy levels today
-How my pump felt from Anadraulic Pump, it was awesome today, just pissed I felt like poop
-A few things on the BC+EAA
-What tomorrow has in store for me

Shoulders/Traps
THE WORKOUT:
NOTE – Didn’t have a spotter today for the first time in a long time, so I’m pleased with my numbers. Did a decent amount of drop sets, really pushed the blood into my shoulders today. I’m used to doing them on Thursdays, so this was a day earlier than I’m used to, thought I would be more tired than I was, but I felt pretty good. Had such a great pump I couldn’t really lift my arms, had to stretch them out between sets. You know the pump is good when it is painful haha. I would have gone heavier on high pulls, etc. for traps, but my workout got cut a little short unfortunately. I would have done militaries at 180 or so if I would have had a spotter, but I still went up 5 lbs from last week, and last week I had a spotter. Not too shabby.
Shoulders:
Barbell Military Presses (Kept tension on shoulders like last week): 160x3x10, (Drop Set 160x10, 145x12, 115x15)
Dumbbell Front Raises: 25x12, 35x10, 45x3x8
Dumbbell Standing Side Laterals: 20x15, 30x12, 45x2x8, (Drop Set 45x8, 35x10, 25x12, 15x20)
D-handle Cable Side Laterals: 3x10, Then did a drop set of four levels at 10 reps each
Seated Bent Over Rear Delts: 25x12, 35x10, 40x2x10, (Drop Set 40x10, 35x10, 25x15)
Standing Cable Rear Delts (Rope Attachment): 3x10
Traps:
Barbell Shrugs: 135x20, 225x4x15, 135x20
Superset the following two exercises:
High Pulls (Close Grip): 95x2x15
Rope Attachment Cable Shrugs: 2x15
THE VIDEO:
What I talk about in the video:
-My workout today
-How my pump felt (insane)
-Energy levels for doing shoulders a day earlier than I’m used to
-Water intake with the BC+EAA
-What I’m working out tomorrow

I feel your pain. I've come to terms with it. I think it's a combination of the fact I've always been 135 lbs, and I have this image of what I want to look like 10 years from now. Therefore anything less than that ideal image isn't good enough. Plus mirrors make you look different, in my house the mirrors make me look tiny, at the gym I look pretty big. So I never know which one to believe haha.
