By definition, a Military Press is done standing with heels together, and very strict form (no use of 'push' or momentum.
OHP is generally done with feet shoulder-width apart, and often with slightly looser form.No brain, no gain.

Press = strict standing overhead barbell press. If you do it seated, with DBs, use leg drive (push press), etc, you must specify by altering the name to, say, "seated press" or "seated DB press", etc.
Military Press = a strict standing overhead barbell press with super strict form, heals together, and possibly standing with your back to a wall.
So, as you can see, "military press" IS an "overhead barbell press". However, an overhead barbell press is NOT necessarily a military press. I hear guys all the time talking about doing "military" when they are seated and using 1/2 ROM. Those guys are wrong.
It's hard to cheat when you concentrate on not cheating.
