I have McCann's Irish oats, both the instant and the not so instant kind. I've tried to do the oats and protein powder shake.
In a blender, I try to blend the oats in with some milk and a scoop of ON Whey, but the oats don't blend very well. In fact, they pretty much all sit at the bottom of the shaker cup even after blending for a good long while. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?

I was raised to eat a light breakfast and so my conception of breakfast isn't a big hearty meal - it's a lighter meal.
So my favorite would be a bowl of cold cereal with frozen blueberries and cream poured over it....amaaaazing.www.xccellence.com

3/4 cups of oats
1 scoop pb choc myofusion (or banana or strawberry myofusion)
1 packet stevia
3/4 cup egg whites
mix all together and microwave.. and then top with cinnamon and wf pancake syrup
this has been my breakfast for the past 5 days straight.. good if you wanna eat a lot on only like 500 cals
edit: for more volume and creaminess rather than chunky oats, cook the oats before you mix with protein and eggs, then microwave again[If It Fits Your Macros Crew] - U mad?

Typical breakfast is a 1/2 cup of oats with 1 scoop of chocolate myofusion.
My favorite breakfast that I make would have to be an omelette. I usually use about 4 eggs (3 whites, 1 whole) and dump a bunch of stuff in there like chopped onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, jalapenos, ham, and a little bit of cheese. I usually top it off with black pepper and a bit of hot sauce. Usually only make that on the weekends though since it takes a bit of time and I like to sleep as much as I can during the week.
If I had to buy something it would either be an ultimate breakfast sandwich from Jack in the Box or a couple philly cheesesteak kolaches from Kolache Factory.
