    LG Sciences Trifecta Stack

    am going to start Trifecta Stack from LG Sciences in a few days. My main goal is to burn some fat while putting on some lean muscle. Right now I eat around 2500 calories per day. That includes 2 protein shakes. (100% Whey protein gold) I am also doing quite a bit of cardio lately to burn off some fat. While taking this stack what is best for dieting? Thank you to all answers and am looking forward to keeping a log, and hope to have regulars comment
    Also, other than protein, is there anything else I should stack with it?

    Thanks sativa. I will be taking before and after pictures, posting all gains, and body fat percentage. I am currently serving in Baghdad Iraq so, I will definitely have time to post every night of cycle.

    Keep your carbs complex, good fats high and protein is a no brainer.

    Asking what else to stack with is a question with a million answers. It really comes down to your financial ability, but these are two realistic options.

    #1. ASGT. The added energy along with the specific fat burning properties of caffeine and synephrine will help you stay motivated to hit your cardio, as well as getting more caloric expediture bang for your buck from your cardio. The increased workout intensity will aslo add to some assisted calorie burn, not to mention the improved performance with the weights. ASGT covers 2 added premier supps to your aresenal, Creatine and Beta Alanine and some extra-anti estro's. You'd be getting a redundant dose of 3-beta- hydroxy-urs-12-ene- 28-oic acid between ASGT and Methyl 1-D, but nothing elese would be redundant. The Ellagic Acid and Trans-Resveratrol in ASGT would only augment the anti-estro complex of Methyl 1-D.

    #2. Ghenerate and IGF-1. Ghenerate boosts night time PH. The two primary effects of elevated GH is improved & enhanced recovery and fat loss. IGF-1 blocks ****tostatin, ****tostatin is a GH decreaser, therefore, blocking ****tostatin increases circulating GH, therefore further augmenting recovery and fat loss. The ghenerate/IGF-1 combo is liken to taking a testbooster and anti-estro, but relative to GH.

    In a perfect world, I'd get all three, but if I had to prioritize, I "personally" would go with ASGT. It's far, far more economical. That said, you dont "need" anything more to have a successful run, so don't worry about it too much. We can always improve on our stack in some way or another, but you're good as is.

    1 tub I would think. Just dose it on workout days or consider just using it during PCT or toward week 3 if you start becoming lethargic at this point.

    More Questions...

    When using this stack, my ultimate goal is going to be to gain muscle while losing weight, I think this stack should help me reach my goal. If these are my goals, what is they best way to work out with this stack? Lately I have been doing heavy weight and 6-8 reps with 3 sets. My body has been getting pretty sore from this so I think it's working pretty well.
    On this stack I will be taking:

    Trifecta Stack
    100% Protein Whey Gold
    ASGT
    Oxy Elite Pro

    How should my exorcises, sets, and reps be played out? Should I do 5 and 2 days off? Cardio each day but off days? 30 minutes of cardio? How should my diet be? Focus on lots of protein and stay away from carbs?

    Thanks to all replies. I got my whey protein in today so hopefully get stack tommorow, so i can start.

    Also, is it likely if I am benching 275lbs right now, I can get to 300lbs by end of stack? 1 Rep Max. Idc about my weight, I just care about body fat.

    Day 1

    Did legs today for my first day.
    Needless to say, I don't know if it was the sample packet of 1MR or starting the Trifecta Stack that had me so pumped up tonight, but man, I felt like an animal. Taking recommended doses for pills and tabs. I have chest tomorrow, so I will be back on here to post how I feel.

    Day 2

    Today I did Chest. Good workout. Not as intense as yesterday because I didn't take a pre-workout, but I still pushed through the tough reps. Only two days in to the stack so not much yet feels different. Maybe my sex drive is up a little bit, but, I am deployed. lol Had a nice long workout.
    Heres my chest routine

    Bench Press: 205lbs 3x8
    Incline Bench: 175lbs 3X8
    Decline Bench: 215lbs 3x8
    Dumbbell Press: 75lbs each 3x8
    Dumbbell Flyes: 40lbs each 3X8
    Cable Crossovers Low and High: 35lbs each 3X8
    Machine Chest Flyes: 145lbs 3X8
    Seated Machine Chest Press: 130lbs 3X8

    Weight tonight: 225.7 (Off work today so I didnt have as high as a water intake)

    Day 3

    Another day of the stack has gone by, today didn't feel like I was on anything. Feels like any other day. Did back today so nothing too crazy. Worked out hard though. I really need to get a pre workout though before going to the gym cuz I think that really helps.

    Day 4

    Today I worked Shoulders, Forearms, and abs. I took some no-explode for pre-workout my roomate has. Felt a little pumped during it but not as much as 1MR. I felt like I was in the gym too long for what I got out of the workout tonight. Wasn't a bad workout though.

    Today's weight 228lbs

    ASGT is the most palpable pre-workout, but I also really liked Jack3d. Jack3d is 1,3-D based, stim wise, which is more of a neuro stim, so you feel very mentally focused and intense, which results in an enhanced physical intensity, whereas, ASGT is caffeine/synephrin stim based, which makes the stim more palpable, making you restless and physically pumped full of energy.

    White Flood is good too. Each of these have their own unqique properties.
