stack with HGHUP
Been a while since ive posted, looking to start hghup:
im looking to stack it with this.
jacked
creatine mono
fish oil
multi
l arginine
hghup
whey protein
casein protein
am i missing anything, do i need to run anything post hghup?

No, siree.
How are you planning on dosing the HGHup?
I always had great results running Free Test alongside it.
By time I was done every muscle below the waist was bursting with a pump.

I was going to do the recommended dose of 3 in the am, 2 in the afternoon...but as far as something for a post stack cuz of hghup, do i need anything to level out my hgh levels?

Nope! You can just finish the bottle and go on your merry way.
There are other dosing options as well. You could take two before your workout and three before bed, or all five at bedtime.
Whatever time of the day you have an empty stomach would be best, in order to best make use of the leaning effects of the HGHup.
By time I was done every muscle below the waist was bursting with a pump.

I lift at about 6am....i can take 3 then and then take 2 before bed? is that too spread out?

I dont mean to speak for Starkk, but I think if you dose the 5 HGH Up the night before when you go to sleep, you should be good to go at 6am. I did 1 bottle split 3/2 and one bottle taking all 5 at night, and honestly, I didn't notice any difference. I just stuck with all 5 at night for convenience sake.

when i wake up, i take my pre-wo, creatine mono, fish and multi......eat nothing....so id be on an empty stomach

One thing to consider would be your use of casein at night...you'd want about an hour and a half to two hours after your last shake, and three hours after your last meal before taking your PM dose of HGHUp.
But I dosed it at five caps at bedtime and really enjoyed it. It's worth it just for the quality of sleep, not to mention the other positives.

Okay, then sure. You could take two of your caps before training and then the other two in the afternoon on an empty stomach.
You ever consider using BCAAs for fasted training? Probably one of the only times I'd recommend using them (personally).

i have used xtend in the past, and i honestly saw ntohing from it.
you just said do 2 and 2.......isnt it 3 and 2

Yeah, sorry. Meant 2 earlier and then 3 later.
Xtend (or any BCAA product) will be good for someone who trains fasted, to maximize muscle retention. Just my opinion, but the main thing is we got your dosing figured out.

Ill just pop in and say the night time diet has a huge impact on the effects of hghup at night. sadly =( Although limited, efficient eating at night lends it self to leaning down and leaves stomach generally more empty in the AM for other products that benefit from that state. Like Drive from the AN line. (or free test in my eyes, but that can be with or w/o food)
