    Exclamation Creatine that doesn't make you hold ANY weight?

    So. Wrestling season is coming up. I currently take whey, multi, fish oil, BCAA pills for weight cutting and ZMA.

    I have recently dropped the monohydrate and am cutting right now. I am 158 pounds and am looking to get down to 150 in a couple weeks. I am eating every 2:30-3 hours. High protein. Fruit, veggies, drinking a good amount of water.

    So. Since i dont want to gain weight but creatine mono has done so good for me, is their a creatine that doesn't add water weight to you? One that helps with strength and that exlosivness that wont put any POUNDS ON YOU. Because i love the energy but hate the water retension FRO WRESTLING. thanks!

    i wrestled in hs. take my advice and just drop the creatine. cutting weight dehydrates you a ton and you wanna be always really hydrated when you're on creatine

    I understand, but ive already gone from 168 with creatine to 160 dropping it. To 158 cutting in 3 days. I need to get to 150 and maintain until the season comes (in 2 weeks) so that i can drop to 145 for *****. It sucks because i could easily dehydrate myself and make 145 and wrestle their but the stupid rules now a days make it so you HAVE to pass a pee test which suks. So i have to cut and be hydrated. It suks. Im deff gonna lose some muscle and just gonna have to deal with it i guess. BCAA's will help. but so wont creatine. And i just want to know if their is such a thing.

    i cut from high 180s to 52s and i kept almost all of my strength. drink 4 scoops of xtend a day during practice and you'l be fine. trust me

    or should i just take BCAA pills. I have them already. I mean i know they arent as good as Xtend but i dont have xtend now. If from personal experience nothing happened to your strength while cutting and you lost that much weight i will buy xtend. But i need more info on it. SEE ABOVE.

    All I can tell you is from what happened to me during personal experience
    i cut to 60s most of season @ 6% bf and got a doctors note when i hydrated at 52's. when i cut to 52s i was eating <500 calories a day. I drank the xtend throughout practice and didn't get as weak as i should have gotten

    i can't say the bcaa pills will give the same results but i don't see why not!

    less than 500 calories daily! I guess im not doing that bad. But should i? Should i cut the food down even more and take even more BCAA pills to lose weight? Do you think a 160 to 145 will be a hard cut?

    it's doable. you just need to cut carbs except on dual meets and tournaments. BCAA pills wont help you loose weight i think. they'l just help you be less sore and recover faster.

    i suggest you aim for 40s and when you hit 45s be happy
    like....i aimed for 45s knowing it wasn't possible with my size/height and when i hit 52s i was happy

    You would have to take a $hitload of BCCA pills compared to powdered forumlas. I would go with Intrabolic(my preferred choice) or Xtend. BCCA's are very important for maintaning strength during a calorie deficit.

    ok. ill do the best that i can. I just don't want to kill my strength gains that ive worked so hard for. But i guess thats i sacrifice i will have to take. Ill buy some xtend sooner or later. thanks.

    from 185ish to 152ish my squat dropped from 315 to 305
    bench from 275 to 265
    power clean went up from 205 to 245

    you won't get much weaker if you keep your diet in check

    The only hydration test you have to do is at the very beginning of the season. You take it once and it determines ho wmuch weight you atre allowed to drop.
