Cool What can I do instead of soccer...

From early childhood on I enjoyed playing soccer, than somebody fouled me and I had to retreat. I'm still playing but my fitness gained weaker.

    I'll join a B-Team in January.

    What sports are good aside?

    Bastian

welll if u lookin for some physical contact, u should try rugby. as far as i understand, the amount of running and teamwork in rugby is pretty much the same to soccer.... but thats just what i think... keep in mind that i never played soccer.

butttttt seing that u injured, try some basketball or tennis/raquetball

Are you injured? Or stopped playing until Jan?

If someone asks me for sports for fitness, I think running is always good, and swimming.

For competitive sports, squash is a great sport to try for all-round fitness and skill, if you have any friends that are similar level to you.

    Swimming/Bicycle
-good for starting off and continuing. Not alot of resistance on your body so you can come out of injury faster.

    Running
    -always necessary

    Basketball
    -will get you ripped

    Tennis
    -will get you ripped
