2 weeks ago I was working out and did 80lbs curls for the first time the next day I started getting pain along my forearm, it happend to me before when I did like 50lbs for the first time but the pain went away after a few days. Every time I workout now I get a sharp pain while curling or any other exercise dealing with my arms, even when I spot I get sharp pain
I was just wondering is there normal or should I get it checked out? it's been 2 weeks of the same level of pain
heres a picture for reference where the pain is

Sounds like you went up in weight a little too fast. Could be some strain on the radius tendon, so I would rest it, ice it to reduce any inflamation, and resume in a few days at a lighter weight (60lbs or so) after it feels better. If it doesn't feel better, or comes back when you lift, probably time to see the doc.
Be sure to maintain your form, especially as you lift heavier weights. Don't bend your wrists as you're curling, keep the back of your hand flat with the forearm as you're going both up and down.
