Does the P90X/INSANITY Hybrid sound good?
What do you guys think of this? Please dont post if your gonna flame on P90X or INSANITY. I have completed a full 90 days of P90X Classic and I am in great shape. Tell me what you guys think!

Weeks 5-7
Mon- Chest, Shoulders, & Triceps - Abs/Core Plus
Tue- Max Cardio Conditioning
Wed- Back and Biceps - Abs/Core Plus
Thu- Max Interval Circuit
Week 8
Mon- Cardio Recovery
Tue- Interval X Plus
Wed- Core Synergestics
Thu- Kenpo Cardio Plus
Weeks 9 & 11

you'd get bigger off a split but if you're looking to lose weight and get small muscles then do that.
Going for 220 lb

those are great, but you'll never get the body you want, lift heavy, and keep your conditioning up.
