Day 11
weight: 172 lbs (+6)
i think weight is not going up much because my diet has been pretty clean.
weight is still the same but im getting leaner imo. Today was chest and biceps, and during biceps exercises veins are poping out more. I did a different workout today, kept same exercises but different reps.
I believe i got stronger from last chest exercise and here is why.
Last chest workout i did:
Bench press: 180x10 4 sets
Decline bench press: 170x10 4 sets
Incline dumbbell press: 50x10 4 sets
Incline dumbbell flys: 35x10 4 sets
todays chest workout was:
Bench press: 135x10(warm up), 165x8, 175x8, 185x8, 195x8
Decline bench press: 155x8, 165x8, 175x8, 185x8
Incline dumbbell press: 50x8, 55x8, 60x8, 65x6
Incline dumbbell flys: 40x8, 40x8, 45x8, 45x8
overall stamina was great today. dont know if taurine has anything to do with it (took it right before workout) or if its just the hdrol.

plus 6 is good bro! i know how you feel about the weight gain, you expect to see a higher weight each time by a lot.. thats why im only weighin myself every 3-4 days because i no im going to be gainin weight but do not wanna be demotivated if it just so happens to be the same as the day before

yea i know and its still 6 lbs in only 11 days. its not bad at all. especially considering the fact that i have lost fat. not much but i know/feel i did. so that means at least 6lbs of LBM right? i mean think about it, im up 6 lbs and i lost fat, so replacing the fat i lost with water weight and ****, that still leaves me the 6 lbs. idk, maybe im just trying to keep motivated haha so im coming up with a craze theory. but anyways, yea im gonna wait till my next chest day to weight myself.

My weight stayed mostly the same for the first 4 weeks but I looked like a different person. BTW week 6 is crazy man, getting lots of sides but I put on 6 pounds since last friday. I think a little might be fat, either that or I'm just bloated.
Anyone aware if bloating goes down during pct? Or am I getting fat? BTW I upped my carbs a lot, haha.****MILF CREW****

Well Im up 10 pounds and much leaner overall (although i think I put a couple fat pounds back on this last week).... I would say i lost at least 2% bf all together.
Strength gains have been crazy!
Ex:
Atg squats pre cycle were 195X10, now 255X10
Rack pulls pre cycle were 345X8, now 395X9
Bench pre cycle was 175X6, now 195X6 (Bench is my weak point)
I'm getting Lots of sides my last week (6) Extreme lethargy (taking ephedrine for the last few days to function) It's that bad haha.****MILF CREW****

i hear you. thats exactly how what im experiencing. weight is not up much but i can tell im leaner. strength gains are also the most impressive. on of my spotters was all like "wtf why werent you lifting this much last time? any tips?" i lol'ed haha
my bench is up 20 lbs for the same amount of reps and its only been 13 days. i cant wait to 3rd week. i decided today to start taking only 300 cals above average. i was taking 500 above before. i want to get ripped lol. lets see. im still kinda debating about it. reason is that im in brazil and summer is in a month lol so you all know what i meanThe last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. weight still the same but strength still going up. im getting leaner and stronger. but i also look bigger. i will up my cals starting the day after tomorrow so i get the advantage of 3rd week. i wont up too much since i dont want to add any fat.
got a PR today (shoulder/traps/forearm/abs day) which was military press. last time i did 4 sets of 10 reps with 95lbs, today i did 4x10 with 105lbs.
sides: backpumps but taurine is taking care of it. blood pressure but just sometimes. very very lil acne. aggression.The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. Day 16
weight: 173lbs (+7)
so i added another lb lol. today was chest/biceps. had another PR today in the incline dumbbell press. last workout was 50x8, 55x8, 60x8, 65x6, today was 55x8, 60x8, 65x8, 65x8. hopefully ill reach 75x10 by the end of the cycle. that would be nice.
i gotta say, im loving this stuff. i feel aggressive in the gym, im having strength gains like i never had before. sides are really close to nothing. im leaner, stronger, meaner haha. im barely half way through this cycle and im thinking about the next lol (at least 6 months from now of course).
if i reach 180 by the end of cycle and lose a couple of lbs ill be really happy. my initial goal was 175 so yea.. =p
