Spent the weekend out of town. Much needed reprieve. Although, I was highly tempted not to come back. semi-srs. Did a 9 mile hike this morning in Palo Duro Canyon.

Switching to working out in the morning. Last week was a terrible week. I didn't work out at all (on my own) and I felt like sh!t the whole week (aches, pains, etc.) Going to hit the gym early AM so that way it's out of the way. Hopefully, like in the past, it will lighten my mood for the day, and help me handle the stress of this week (I am class leader this week, ugh). Plus, it will free up my evenings for cooking, homework, and just chilaxing.
If it was easy, everybody would do it. Well, no offense, but I don't want to be like everybody else.

Once you get used to training in the morning you will love it.

I train at 5am and it's awesome to get it over with, train with a clear head (no lingering stress from work) and also when the gym is less crowded.

Took me a solid 6-8 weeks to get used to it, though.

I've done it before when I first started to really lose weight. It was the only time I had then. I enjoyed it a lot for all the reasons you listed. I just gotta figure out a solid program, 5/3/1 isn't going to cut it in terms of cardio. Plus, depending on what is ailing me at the moment I will have to modify. Anywho, nice new avi, btw.
