So I've decided to start a new journal.
Basically getting back into lifting again after a few months off.
Going to start with an old favourite programme - baby got back. Not going to do any cardio as my hormones and cardio don't seem to mix well. Not complaining
Macros wise, I want to drop some fat, at the same time I'm in need of some more size for sure. So I'll probably play around to see what my maintenance is and go from there.
Hopefully this time I will be more successful than previous attempts

Diet wise, after thinking about recomping, I'd rather cut then bulk. I'm too lazy to wait for a recomp . So, I'm going to try 1800 calories and see where that gets me...Bulking --> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156429083

Hii
I'm so bad at keeping a journal ha!
Yeah, 1800 calories is mean! I ended up averaging 2026 cals (~132p/152c/98f) and actually dropped 1.2 lbs (obviously some water weight) and my waist went down 1 inch! So now I'm toying with the idea of maybe bumping calories up a bit. I was feeling pretty beat on those calories. Maybe my metabolism is being kind to meBulking --> http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=156429083
