Leroy Colbert routine? (or routine for a stocky guy)

I've been lifting for a few years and recently read Leroy's website. He mentions general points about how a "5’7”bodybuilder who is heavy boned, bulky and smooth" should train. That's very much my build. I can't seem to find any routine by Leroy online. Are there any? Are there any bodybuilder's who fit that sort of build and height? I'd be interested in looking at their routines and seeing what I can learn from it.

If you can find 3 More Reps volume 2 by George Snyder, Leroy's routine is in there.

not a good idea to base your routine off of a pro body builder, regardless of build similarities.
