    bulk diet critique

    breakfast
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop whey
    tortilla or banana
    1tbsp oil+ 4 oz chicken

    chicken
    veggies
    brown rice

    turkey burger+oil
    2 whole wheat slice
    veggies

    pre workout
    1/2cup oats
    casein whey

    post workout
    whey
    chicken +oil
    yam
    veggie

    nuts
    whole wheat tortilla
    chicken

    nighttime
    casein shake
    berries

    totals 2850/ 53g fat/ 214g carb/ 283 pro/
    Im 5'8 160lbs right now

    i was thinking to up the fat a little more?but not sure what to take out or what to add in?but maybe the fat is good where it is at. also might take out the chicken in breakfast and add another meal in with it?

    If it works for you, sounds good. Little bland for my taste personally, but to each his own. If you wanna add some fat (plus protein) go with whole eggs in the morning man.

    yeah i eat pretty bland and i dont mind it.
    but never thought about the whole eggs added in the morning ill give it a try
