Theres no one for me to speak to my mum couldn't give a fuk and my dad isn't with us anymore and i can't contact my mates because they're 11 hours behind of us. srsly feel like chit.

My turn i suppose to write in here.
I honestly HATE myself. Ive had a past of self harm but I thought I was past it. I workout and after that I just focus on macros as to keep my brain occupied. Once I finally hit my bed, I go into deep thought. I go to bed every night sad as **** and wake up like everythings okay. It could be a lack of social life but whenever I decide to get have a social life, and Id just hate myself for not focussing on working out as well. One of them always has to give. Even if I balance them, I still think workingout should be more important. I dont know if any of this makes sense. Im pretty much ready to die the way ive been living life and not sure what to do.Weight gainers are a waste of money.
Not everyone who drops **** on you is your enemy.
Not everyone who gets you out of **** is your friend.
And when you're in deep ****, keep your mouth shut!

All the time man. In just the past month i've had two people who i cared about and enjoyed talking to cut off all contact with me. I had thought of them as "friends". Feels pretty terrible man. I drive everyone away. The only person i can call my friend is my cousin who i have known since day one. Never trust people who arent blood related to you. It gets you nowhere. Nobody will cry at my funeral. I have no impact on anyone's life.
Endure. Outlast. Overcome.

Hey bro, bare with me here.
Why do you workout? Most of us workout in order to complement our social life ( i am not just talking about girls ) think about it. We are social animals, whether your introverted or extroverted we have to get out here and there, once or twice a week.
I know where your problem lays, you base too much time and thought on your workouts/diet. Bodybuilding is not meant to take over your life bro, it's suppose to be something you enjoy not something that is constantly eating your mind up to the point where you don't want to leave the house because you can't get meal A or meal B.
You need to get back in contact with some friends and hang out. When you find a friend group you're comfortable with, everything will be fine.
Why did they cut contact? Unless they are huge *******s, there is a big chance you did something that put them off.
Friends are a two way street, if you don't put in the effort don't expect them to.
In the circumstance they cut contact and there is absolutely no way you did something that pissed them off, then phuck them. There's so many people you will meet, you're 15 bro! a long long time ahead of you, many people will enter and exit your life, it happens to the best of us.

Thanks so much for this thread. I really hope that the ones who need it take help and comfort in both yours and my support.
I recently struggled with depression and finally convinced myself not to give up, and to work hard and prove those around me wrong.
Weightlifting became my refuge and every day is one more chance to get a little bigger, a little stronger, a chance to gain that much more confidence in yourself as you go above and beyond your goals.
To those out there struggling: I'm no licensed doctor. Just another teen. But I know what it's like and I hope all of you come to the same realization I did.
Pm me if you need talk. I'm here for you. My heart goes out to all of you.

honestly, if you can get an apprenticeship and save up all your money for 3 or 4 years then that is a better option than college (serious). I'll explain it this way:
Doctors: 150k a year, like 12 years of school, and they get sued for everything
teacher: 50k a year, 6 years of school, and they deal with sht from students/administration
mason: 41k a year, no school, and you work a physical job.
Doctors spend SO MUCH on insurance (incase they get sued). They also pay for 12 years of school.
teachers make moderate money, and need to pay of school.
masons make moderate money, and dont need any school. the money you can earn while in an apprenticeship can be invested, as opposed to spending money on school.
considering how much college costs (and will cost), its only worth it if you don't like to get your hands dirty.

You're 19. You do have a direction.. moving forward. You have an entire life ahead of you. College isn't the only option, as someone above stated. Don't get sucked into societies idea that no college = no future. You're on here so I assume you like to workout. Get a part time job and then pay for personal training certification. Save from that and then go back to school later if you decide to. There options are endless if you get creative. Find what you really like to do and find a way to do it right now. I know pharmacist tech assistants ( i think thats what it is called) make a lot, and you don't need schooling for that. Try and find something that you can use for now to save up and then use that time to figure out what you like/want to do. I'm 18 and I don't know what I want to do or major in really, but I'll figure it out eventually. Try not to be so down about it.

I know that feel bro. srs. I'm exactly the same. I should be an actor since I'm so good at pretending I'm okay and **** at school, etc. I guess things are okay throughout the day but when I actually lay down and just start thinking, about my past, present, and future, I just want to end it man. It sucks. I'm a ****ing loser mate. Only thing keeping me alive is getting laid and hitting the gym. srs
