There's nothing an IFBB pro would tell you, training wise, that most of you already do not know. The only reason to pay one of them to train you would be just to hang out with them for a few hours, which you can do for free at an Expo or something.

Had dinner with Lou last year.
His advice:
Form > Weight
Train for an hour 2-3 times a week
One week rest after training a body part
Cardio 15 minutes after every workout
Only use drugs if you plan on going pro

If I was to choose a pro it would be Phil no doubt. He trains smart, knows how to target and improve weak points, he's down to earth, he's into his metal and he's really muscley.

Serge Nubret or Dorian man.
Those two are ridiculously hardcore about their training, and train and eat with maximum effectiveness. Not saying guys like Ronnie aren't, but they just don't seem to have a good balance between thinking a whole lot about the entire aspect of bodybuilding as well as his hardcore training as those other two guys.
