I have a few questions
I weigh 175 but I'm about 25% bf
So would 100lbs be a good starting weight?
I'm doing the rippetoes routine
The only lifts I've ever really done before were
Bench
Squat
Deadlift
Military press
But I haven't lifted in two or three months, I never tracked what I lifted I just did whatever my friend had on the bar at the time.
So I guess the real question is,
Is 100lbs a good weight to start for all the lifts?

If you are basically new to bodybuilding. Familiarize yourself with it.
At least take a month Trying stuff out/Researching.
