Hey guys!, here are some photos from my latest shoot.
A little bit about me... i started working out in may 07 and i was at 120lbs!
I bulked and i bulked and got all the way to 165lb but a bit chubby lol
And the rest of the time until now has been spent tuning in my physic to where i want it to be.
Some of my lift stats are (most for 8Reps)
Dumbbell chest press-120
Bicep curl- 45
Squat-335
Side laterals-35
leg press-19 platesx45
Lat pull down-140 for 16 reps(I Don't train lats too heavy.
Bod Pod measured at 7%bf

That's awesome. I started at 125 too and i'm bulking to 165 too lol. Then i was planning to cut to 145. I'll be happy as hell if i look like you in a few months. Great work man.

PRetty good, but the pump and the photo's/lighting are having a massive effect on improving how u look

Thats the thing about print modeling if the photographer is good height doesn't matter, the only thing height is needed for is fashion or runway in which case it is a must.Originally Posted by imistw

Those pictures help him look alot better then he really does probablly. Wouldnt mind having a photographer take pics for me though. Would be badass.

Meh I dont think youre blessed with anything. The only things im mirin are your DB bench and the width of your chest. You dont look 7% either.
I think it says a lot that youve been training for nearly 4 years and we're looking at pro pics, but no one has questioned whether youre natty or not.

I started at a similar weight as well (~130), and I'm pretty happy about where I am right now, although I'm not satisfied. haha
