    Smile How can I improve my vertical?

    i am 5"7 135 pounds and i have a 20 inch vertical and im trying to improve that for basketball and football. what can I do to improve that. thanks

    This was a thread that was dropped earlier with some links to other threads on here.
    Way too general of a question to just ask what u can do to improve vert or speed. Keep it simple I guess, get in the weight room, follow a program and stick to it. There's a huge thread that's stickied about vert jump training look there, if you have specific questions ask. Defranco's programs might be a good place to start since you play bball and football. Learn and take in as much as you can.
