I am 16 years old and about 5"8....i am a scrum half in terms of rugby. I was wondering if anyone with any knowledge in this area would be able to give a suitable workout to aid in building muscle and upper body strength in particular.
Thanks

Try the search button and check to see if this topic has been circulated, which I think has been before. I can't give you a workout program off the bat, but at your age and what you want to accomplish, lots of bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, crunches, dips, etc..will be very beneficial.
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.
