    1st upper/lower routine

    Never ran one, need some critics.

    Upper Body:
    Flat BB Press 3x4-6
    Military Press 2x4-6
    Close Grip Press 2x4-6
    Weighted Pullups 3x6-8
    BB Curl 2x4-6

    Lower Body:
    Squat 3x4-6
    Deadlift 2x3-5
    Leg Press 2x4-6
    Leg Curl 2x6-8
    Weighted Crunches 2x8-10

    Personally, I would substitute the close grip bench for something like rows. You already have the BB press, so no need to hit the chest as much with the close grip. Either way, not a bad set up...
    I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
    I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.
