Let's say you are on vacation for 2 weeks and still wanna keep your body working atleast a tiny bit. Now you are sitting in a hotel room and got nothing to do. What exercises and how many muscle groups can you hit without weights? I mean no bar for pull ups no dumbells no barbells nothing.
This is how far I have come:
(chest) - Pushup's
(Triceps) - narrow grip elbows to the side push up's
(biceps) - ?
(back) - ?
(legs) - invisible chair
(calves) - one foot calf raises
(abs) - crunches/situps
(shoulders) ?
(forearms) ?
(traps) ?
Anyone who can complete the list? or atleast mention something I missed out?

You can perform as many BW movements as you wish. I generally stick to pushups.
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=702737Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Pulling Down!
Pull ups, chins, and biceps can be done on a door frame.
depending on the size of the molding and frame you can crank or same deal with backless stairs. On the door frame finger strength is an issue so be careful.

This is self-evident, but go to the gym on the day you get on the plane, bus, or train and work out your legs really hard. That's probably the last chance you'll get.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

that would be very nice yes, but seeing I live in Sweden that would take some time for him to get here :S
On a side note though, I tried the door frame chins and it worked great. Dont really wanna do it on the door, bit afraid it might break. Not that I am obese or anything but it makes some weird sounds when I put some weight on it so I'd rather not do that...

Heres a good site that has alot of Isometrics and BW exercises. It has them for every body part.
Zen in the art of self-resistance (I do not have a high enough post count for the link. It should come up if you type that in.)
Also, if your hotel home has a coffee table, you can do inverted rows for your back. For shoulders, you can do pike push ups if you can't do handstands.
