    You need barbell rows man

I would recommend starting strength or Madcows 5x5 as these are VERY similar programs to yours ( squat 3x, bench 2x, deadlift x1 )

I would imagine you'd tire quickly of the deadlifting

I'd throw in a clean and press if you're looking to hit everything.

Deadlifting 2-3x a week will get very taxing...

Deadlift once a week and Rows the other two workouts. Or Cleans if you know how to.

if deadlifts are light you can pull it off, but once your lower back is sore from deads /bent over bb rows, good luck on deads later in the week
