alright this is how it looks
Monday-
squat
deadlift
bench
Wenesday-
squat
Stiff leg deadlift
shoulder press
arms
Friday-
squat
deadlift
bench
im used to squating 3x a week and benching 2x a week as well as deadlift once a week...
im planning on eating a lot better and loading on carbs and protien so i recover better
what do you guys think?
any suggestions?

I would imagine you'd tire quickly of the deadlifting

Deadlifting 2-3x a week will get very taxing...
Deadlift once a week and Rows the other two workouts. Or Cleans if you know how to.Served two years in the military. Respect all military brahs!
