I know this is retarded to even ask...but I have high insertions for both bicep and tricep...bicep is good though I get a great peak.
When it comes to triceps, however, I swear to you that it looks like I have no tricep from the middle of my arm to my elbow. I have rather big beefy triis up top near my shoulder, and as you trail down the arm they come to nonexistence...we're talking in a t-shirt I don't lift if someone was to judge me off of where the shirt cuts off.
I've heard that doing underhand single-arm cable pulldowns might help? Or am I stuck with this forever and only way I can get better is to continue increasing overall tricep size?
Before you ask, I do the Holy Trinity for Triceps.

I'm not aware that this will help, but it can't hurt to try. Insertions/origins can't be altered, but you certainly can build overall mass.
