I want to gain musscle, but I have terrible eating habbits, and cant seem to gain any weight as a result of my eating and my freaky high metabolism. I want to gain at least 20 lbs by christmas (if possible), but need to improve my eating.
I want to create a constant eating habbit that will allow me to gain musscle in a sufficient manner..
Anyone have any tips in what kind of food I should be eating, how much food, and whether I should incorporate whey protein to my diet? Also any useful gym tips would be great (whether or not I should run etc.). Help would be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to be "huge" - I just want to gain 20 - 30 lbs. by christmas (if even possible)
Thanks!

Eat high protein foods, Chicken, Beef, Eggs, Milk, e.t.c. Eat about 1000 over maintenance.
You can incorporate Protein into your diet, but if you have a good diet then you shouldn't really need protein shakes...
Regarding the cardio, I'd limit it to like maybe once or twice a week (I find it's stupid to stop cardio, even on a bulk).
Good luck brah!

yah you can gain 20-30 lbs in 3 months but most of it will be fat just a fact of life but 10-15lbs sounds alright when you factor in waterweight
