    Damn

IDK, I rather have cereal with cane juice vs HFCS and my cereal needs to have some taste once in a while and not just oatmeal so kashi and other healthier treats are a good choice.

I do agree some things that seem healthy are just disguised junk food. Bottom line is moderation in those treats.

I'm a food snob, I found out even Subway makes stuff that's pure junk (yes, their wheat bread and chicken are like 80% actual wheat/chicken and 20% funky additives. That being said I could go down to "big town hero" where they make their own bread and it would still be a cheat meal.

Bottom line: even if it's a cheat meal, no hydrogenated oils or hfcs for this babe! (I won't let my sister eat it either when I'm with her) Personally, I'd rather eat a PB chooclate chip Clif bar than a snickers (they taste better too). That being said, they're both cheats, and I'd rather have a slice of chocolate peanut butter cake from the local (orgasmic) patisserie than EITHER of those-- with a whey shake on the side for da proteinz Why waste a cheat meal on pseudo-natural things when you can mouthgasm?

(yes, strong changed paradigm from a few years ago, Genetix, don't call me out man)

IMO all these "organic" products are a ****ing joke. I buy organic meat and produce, but if I'm gonna buy a cereal I'll just buy whatever is cheapest basically.

I dont see much difference in regular food that is processed to death versus organic food that is processed to death. Most of your calories should come from whole foods like fruits, nuts, veggies, meat, etc. If more than 20% of your daily calories come from some type of "food product" such as organic soda (lol) then you have a problem.

You do know that HFCS is as bad/good as sugar from fruit, honey or cane sugar? And funny how different people have different viewpoints - for me a cheat is only something that puts me over my caloric intake. The only thing I would never eat (anymore at least) is something containing partially hydrogenated oils. Everything else is a go.

Yes. If it fits in your macros/cals its not a cheat, as it won't alter your body composition. it could alter your mood or energy levels, but thats something to consider before eating a huge bowl of ice cream.
