Someone give me a good bench dropset workout?

On regular barbell bench, im looking for a bench press dropset workout. Ill be doing incline DB press, decline DB press, weighted dips, flies, and other stuff later in the workout so im just looking for a format for just the bench press dropset portion of the workout.

The one ive been using seems like a little too much if im trying to build raw strength and mass:

base weight x 10 (then rest)
weight #1 x 8, base weight x failure (then rest)
    weight #2 x 6, weight #1 x failure, base weight x failure (then rest)
    weight #3 x 4, weight #2 x failure, weight #1 x failure, base weight x failure (then rest)
    weight #4 x 2, weight #3 x failure, weight #2 x failure, weight #1 x failure, baseweight x failure

thats way too much right? Should i just be starting at a heavier weight til failure, then dropping, then going til failure, then dropping until ive done about 5 sets?

I'm not into drop sets when it comes to a the barbell bench. Maybe I can see it being better when it comes to DB benching.

why not? Ive been in a plateau for 2 months. Any recommendation on any ways to shock up my chest routine? Or shoulders and tris? I do individual days for chest, arms, legs, shoulders/calves, and back
