i have decided to start a regular workout journal so that i can keep everything in one spot for the long haul. i will still do individual logs for supps that i may run but i will include all that info in here as well. i have 4 different logs now and i have to go back and forth to see how if i am improving and it drives me crazy ok, im already a little crazy but that makes me more crazy
so for those who may not know me, my name is Debbie, i am 38 yo, a single mother of a 6 yo daughter and a 5 yo son. i am a veterinarian and i own my own veterinary practice. i am a solo practitioner and have a staff consisting of an office manager, receptionist, 3 techs, and 3 different kennel help. let me tell you, nothing is more stressfull than employees i work on average 10+ hrs M-F and then whatever emergencies and such after and on weekends. i get up at 3:30 every morning because that is my quiet time, i read my bible, i journal and i do hanging leg raises. currently i am doing 6 sets of 40, 4 of which i have 10# ankle weights on. it is good for the abs
in this log i am going to include my sleep, my nutrition and my workouts and then my own ramblings of worthless thoughts and such. i am going to be doing posts of the different supps that i take and so on and so forth. kind of like a complete written record of my life
so here is my intro video, i like videos because it really helps me to know if i am improving and what areas i need to work on. plus, i like to ramble
